Welcome to Northern Valley Soccer Club
Northern Valley Soccer Club (NVSC) was founded in the 1990’s as an answer to the burgeoning youth soccer club explosion that took place in the surrounding communities. The club is based in the towns of Harrington Park, Northvale, Norwood, and Old Tappan. All training sessions and games take place within the four towns.
Mission statement: The goal of NVSC is to provide clear and consistent player development pathways from our youth set up into our highly successful boys and girls high school soccer programs at NVOT.
Dev Squad - U10 age groups
U7 - U10 Players enter the club’s most fundamental stage where players experience a whole range of games and sessions aimed at building a strong fundamental base from which to grow their individual game.
U11 - U13 age groups
In this phase of development our players now focus on developing their game through increased focus on tactical development, team play, and mastering principles of play.
U14 and beyond
The final phase sees high school prep and high school maintenance meet as we now fully focus on complete athletic development. We work closely with the high school coaches to ensure our players are developing physically, cognitively, and emotionally.
